How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 — In the App

• Open LexRule and go to Settings.
• Tap Account → Delete Account.
• Confirm your request when prompted.

Option 2 — By Email

If you cannot access the App, send a deletion request from your registered email address to support@lexrule.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will verify your identity and process the request.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile: name, email address, and phone number.
• Your app usage history and preferences tied to your account.
• Any content you created within the App that is tied to your account.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, such as:

• Records required by applicable law or regulation (e.g., billing/tax records).
• Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you.
• Information needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and is not used to re-identify you or for any purpose beyond the stated exception.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
