1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate account information (name, email, phone number) and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. AI-Powered Features

The App uses artificial intelligence as a core part of its functionality. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose and should be independently verified before being relied upon.
• AI outputs do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice unless explicitly stated.
• You will not use AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or that violates these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App or its AI systems.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App without our written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, trademarks, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by [Company legal name] and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use it solely to operate and improve the App, including through AI features.

7. Subscription & Payments (if applicable)

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of purchase and are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine, in our reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the App, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose — particularly with respect to AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexRule and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
